The 12 Principles Displayed in Kim Possible:

Squash and Stretch (1:12)
In the frame Shego has hit by a cart which cause her to fall with the cart and stretch around it due to the high speed. Kin has tucked her knees in order to avoid the cart but extends her arms as a way to keep balance. Ron is stretching out his arms which causes for a shirt in his posture in order to support the pushing action.

Anticipation (1:14)
In the frame Shego is anticipating her fall has she widens her eyes while looking at the ground. Shego also is seen adjusting her position in the air extending her hand and lowering her knee to brace her fall.
Staging (1:13)
The background is simple with few colors or objects yet conveys the setting of a fancy restaurant based on including chair covers and vases along with darker lighting.
Pose to Pose (1:26)
While I couldn't find any information on how Kim possible was animated during its run I'm assuming it was pose to pose as many people would often be producing a scene together.
Follow Through (1:13)
After jumping over a cart Kim kneels and holds the floor in order to land her jump safely.
Slow in and Out (1:05)
As Shego is pushed off the balcony she falls slowly at first and then has a speedy descent below.
Arcs (1:12)
This is an interesting frame as you can see the arcs for both female characters as they sway their arms and body in combat along with the side to side walking pattern arc Ron has as he pushes the cart and it tilts left to right.
Secondary Action
In this frame Shego is running up the stairs moving both her legs and arms along with her hair waving in the wind at a separate pace.
Timing (1:26)
In the frame Kim has realized that she hasn't won the fight as Shego preps to escape Kim's Grasp.
Exaggeration (1:15)
The table cloth and dishes all defy gravity for a frame a seemingly jump into the air after crashing.
Solid Drawing (1:12)
In this frame you can see all three characters have a strong sense of central balance as Kim is avoiding a punch and Ron is push a cart and leaning over it as he is able to balance on it.
Appeal
The appeal behind Kim Possible was the was both a regular high school girl that could relate to the audiences but was also a secret agent which was a dream career for many of the young viewers.
