For the second project, Son of a Glitch, I want to use the idea of glitched memories to show the Mandela effect in entertainment. The Mandela effect is the thought that something has already happened or been globally remember as one thing yet factually proves to be wrong. The name stemming from Nelson Mandela who sparked controversy in 2013 when he passed away however a large percent of the public remember his death occurring back in the 1980s while he was in Prison.
For my Glitches I would like to focus mainly on glitches that are found in entertainment as they're commonly viewed on screens. I feel like the mixture of digital based glitches will transfer well with this project.
